Main Sail has provided break/fix, install, upgrades and printer interface as part of general Microsoft and Desktop User and Help Desk support for a nonprofit hospital/medical center in Cleveland, Ohio

Main Sail provides client support, including:
  • Break/fix of computer issues or related equipment
  • Install PCs and software, including MS Office and medical scheduling software as requested by the client
  • Abide by HIPPA rules for equipment and patient confidentiality
  • Install local intranet/extranet applications for use on desktops
  • Buffalo storage device on server for managing back-ups and offload storage for the server
  • Printer interface to the hospital systems
  • Disaster Recovery prep work for some servers onsite
